…it’s much more a question of acknowledging anytime you’re engaged in serious philosophical reflection that so much is at stake, your whole life, the structures of meaning you try to create, the structures of value that you hold, your mode of being in the world. So in questioning yourself at such a deep level and at such a fragile and delicate level, I can’t but help, at least in my case, overflow with passion.
